We target private equity investments in businesses that have products or services that provide meaningful and sustainable value for their customers.

Size & Other Characteristics

$10 - $250+ million of revenue

$2 - $25+ million of EBITDA

Prefer to work with existing owner/ entrepreneur/ management or have a long-term transition plan

Prefer businesses with significant opportunities to increase scale/growth through organic and/or add-on acquisition initiatives

We pursue investments with transaction values ranging from $10 million to over $150 million across a wide range of transaction types. We understand that every situation is different and are comfortable working through creative solutions to customize our approach as appropriate for each situation
